A special blouse made of an embroidered floral silk. This has a cropped fit with big puff sleeves that hold their shape. It is lined with a light cotton which helps with keeping the shape and also with warmth. This has a hidden button placket down the front, gathering along the neckline and a drawstring along the hem that ties in the front. A unique, eye catching piece. This is great over dresses, with high waisted skirts... and even jeans!
